A dream villa created for families to enjoy the freedom of a fabulous holiday in Florida.

This spacious, air-conditioned villa is designed to accommodate up to ten people in elegant surroundings, furnished, decorated and equipped throughout to the very highest standards.

Five Beautiful Bedrooms

There are two sophisticated bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom is truly king-size in every respect, with en-suite bathroom, his and hers walk-in-wardrobes with safety deposit box built into the wall, large screen television and video. At one end of the master bedroom is an arched sitting area with easy chairs and table positioned inside the patio doors, which open out onto the poolside.

A tastefully decorated double bedroom with twin beds, large fitted wardrobe and stylish furniture is situated off the grand room. Upstairs a galleried landing with kids corner complete with large screen TV, gives access to three further bedrooms. The children's bedroom has bunk bed while the other two have twin sized beds. All have extensive built in wardrobes and are pleasantly furnished. One has full en-suite facitilities and the other two share an adjoining en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and shower.

Modern Kitchen

The spacious well equipped kitchen area has everything - including a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, electric kettle, juicer/blender, electric can opener, telephone and breakfast bar.

An attractive light and airy dinette adjoining the kitchen has patio doors onto the outdoor heated pool and lanai.

Entertainment

We are proud to announce that we now provide the Fox Sports Channel which shows live English Premier League football. This is completely FREE due to the owers unhealthy lust for newly promoted Hull City AFC.

There is also a table tennis table with full equipment located in the grand room and plenty of pool toys.
