What laundry facilities are there?
The villa is equipped with a large American style washing machine with a matching tumble dryer.
Where can I buy attraction tickets?
Attraction tickets can be bought here in the UK at most travel agents or the Disney Store but there are numerous outlets in Kissimmee where tickets can be purchased and at the tourist information office at Downtown Disney.
Is the pool heated?
The pool has an electric heat pump which can be used to heat the pool. However this is an additional cost option but it does make the pool more enjoyable and that's what you are there for.
Where are the nearest shops?
There is a shopping mall approximately 1.5 miles away with a well-stocked large supermarket.
Can you recommend a restaurant?
We would recommend Carrabbas, an Italian restaurant near the shopping mall on highway 192 and Bahama Breeze on International Drive
How close are the theme parks?
Disney World is only five minutes away by car.
What facilities are there for toddlers?
The villa is equipped with a high chair and cot for our very young guests and of course the villa is air conditioned to keep them cool.
Are towels and bedding provided?
Yes freshly laundered towels and bedding are provided in the villa, all you have to bring are your clothes and your sun cream.
Is there a telephone in the villa?
Yes there is a telephone wall mounted in the Cafe. You will find a list of direct dial fast food outlets who will deliver to the villa including pizzas and Chinese. However, if you wish to call home you should purchase a phone card from the supermarket, as this is the cheapest and simplest option.
