A ceiling fan augments the air conditioning in the gathering room, which features sumptuous co-ordinated sofas, a 50 inch home cinema wide screen complete with DVD and VCR and stereo sound system.

The generously proportioned grand room is also furnished in superior style with a family-size table and dining chairs plus very comfortable three-piece suite.

Everything you need for the holiday of a lifetime

Nothing at Palm View has been overlooked for your comfort and convenience. The villa is re-stocked and thoroughly cleaned before you arrive. All crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery as well as household linen, even guest soap, toilet rolls and tissues are supplied. An automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are located in the utility room next to a cloakroom on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are also provided for our very young guests.

At the rear of the villa you'll find your own secluded and illuminated heated swimming pool with water feature, a covered area with ceiling fan, exterior lighting, patio chairs, table sun-loungers, and a barbeque. The perfect place to relax after another fun-filled day at the nearby Disney World theme parks or other major attractions all within easy reach. However, if you still have some energy left then there is a table tennis table and equipment located in the Grand Room.

Rolling Hills - Deep in the heart of sunny Florida

At Rolling Hills you're never very far away from fun and excitement. All the magic of Disney World theme parks are less than ten minutes drive. The Kennedy Space Centre, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Busch Gardens, beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic coast are only a short distance away. There are superb shops, supermarkets, takeaways and dozens of restaurants almost on your doorstep.
